Edmund had met up with the White Witch, and she had already started manipulating his mind. She had promised him things, like becoming a prince of Narnia. Edmund decided he did not want to share this with his siblings, especially Peter. He wanted to keep the glory for himself.

Edmund initially keeps his past experience in Narnia a secret because he is ashamed of his actions and being deceived by the White Witch. He eventually reveals the truth to the others, acknowledging his mistakes and seeking their forgiveness.

It was mainly because he did not want to admit that he had been wrong about Narnia not existing. To make himself look "right all along," he lied and said he still did not believe it.

There might also have been an issue with Edmund not wanting Narnia to be real. His experience had not been as pleasant as Lucy's - he had met the White Witch, and deep down, he probably did not want to meet her again.

No. She has "learned all she can from this world [Narnia]" and therefore she can no longer return to Narnia. However, in Voyage of the Dawn Treader, Lucy, Edmund, and Caspian will all be returning. If they make a movie of The Horse and His Boy, she will be in that, but it takes place when she is an adult ruling Narnia.
