because the pressure is the same on the outside and inside of can making the can staying the same and not being crushed

You have drank the soft drink from the can. There is opening in the can now. As you go down, the air enters the can. So there is same pressure outside and inside the can> So it the outside pressure does not crush it down.

because the pressure inside the can also has air pressure which cancels it out; there is no net force.
