OK so; first of all if you're asking if animals they their own eggs on plants, many do. Things like Spiders, butterflies and so on. But those are mainly insects so not really animals.

If you're asking why animals don't carry plant eggs from one plant to another it's because plants don't have eggs. they produce pollen or fruit. Pollen acts as a small germinating seed that has genetic information which is shared with the genetic information of another plant. Fruit are seeds encased in a high sugar and nutrient rich organic composition. These seeds have all of the genes they need and once they begin to germinate they use the "fruit" part as food to power their initial growth. Seeds work the exact same way but they actually germinated so that they can pop out of the soil and quickly begin photosynthesizing (using sunlight for energy).
