Could be a blown fuse, or a bad blinker module. First check your fuse panal, and make sure all your fuses are present, and good. Next check to see if you have 4 way (emergency) flashers. If these work on all four corners. Turn off the 4 way flashers, and try your turn signal again. If they still dont work, you might have a bad flasher, or a bad multifunction switch. If the lights dont work when checking with the 4 way flashers, then check your bulbs on all 4 corners. The rear bulbs are usually easiest, and the most important.
you dont need to order the fuse for the signal just go into any automotive store annd got the the fuse section and u will find the fuses there

You dont! The timing is fixed and is driven off of a crank sensor on the back of the engine. All timing adjustments are computer controlled.
