When you turn on the light they run and that is why it is hard to kill them It's not. Get a house gecko and let him go in your kitchen. If the roaches are already poisoned then the gecko will die. Also you need to give the gecko a habitat he can return to for fresh water and also keep the house at 70 degrees or all he will do is sleep instead of hunt. If the gecko thriving, your roaches will soon be eaten.

you can kill roaches even without poison by striking or hitting it directly

If you want an aerosol that works good as a contact spray-(no poison) There is one from Ecosmart called ECOPCOACU (an acronym) that works well. For the rest of them you can use either gel bait, boric acid or both. If not too bad just the bait will do. Use Borid boric acid & for the bait Advion (comes in small tubes, 4 per box)

Get 1 aerosol & 1 4 pk bait which should do up your kitchen. That is assuming you have the common kitchen roaches. Kill one adult & if there are 2 horiontal black stipes on seild behind the head (racing stripes) they are. Later if you need application instructions, come back & see us.

It is hard to get rid of German cockroach's because they are fast at moving around and can hide under any furniture. They also only come out at night when everyone is asleep so the chances of you spotting one is very slim.

Roaches in the home seem hard to control because of a few factors. Firstly 97% of infestations are cause by the German cockroach. German cockroaches carry their egg until it is almost ready to hatch so there is no nest that you can find and exterminate. Secondly most of the products available today have high toxicity and kill cockroaches too fast before cockroaches can assist killing each other. If an infected roach can touch and infect another roach then the colony will soon begin to shrink very fast. Slow release formulas are much more effective. If you need a solution to cure your cockroach infestations you can contact me through here.
