It's not that mice and rats in general have a grudge or something against each other. It is more so that rats can be bullies. Just from reading and watching the behavior of my rats I learned that they can become territorial as well as pick on anything they have advantage over. For example the mice are small and the rat can easily overpower them. Not to mention since rats can be territorial especially when it comes to their living environments such as sharing a cage, it is usually wise to have a rat in his own cage until he gets use to having a playmate around. Like I said before rats are prone to bullying and if you give them the chance they will. Hope this helps :)
mice like cheese. rats dont.
Maybe, i dont know.
Certainly not. Though they appear similar, their differences are vast. In natural settings, a rat and mouse will not mate. In artificial settings, the sperm will not fertilize the egg of the other.
Neither. Like mice and rats, they are rodents, but they are only distantly related to mice and rats.
It is simple, just dont rear rats/mice whatever you call them. Haahaha funny!
Mice and rats are in the order Rodentia along with porcupines, squirrels, beavers, gerbils, guinea pigs, and hamsters
Rats and mice lick and nibble with their teeth to groom each other... they are just accepting you as being part of the group!
Mice and Rats dont eat shoes they use it for bedding! and jade cotton
Mice and Rats are rodents.
Yes domestic mice can get along with white footed mice. Typically any mouse can get along with another mouse, even if they're different breeds. Just keep in mind that RATS and MICE DO NOT GET ALONG. The rat(s) will kill and eat the mice. Same with guinea pigs and mice. The guinea pig WILL get attacked by mice and have no defense against them. They cannot use their front paws or teeth. Hope I helped. :)
they eat rats, mice, and anything in the mouse selected:)
wha eats rats rabbits and mice-bears eats rats rabbits and mice.
