There are several reasons why people may not recommend each other:
At the bottom of the page.
You can't give answers trust points as such. You can give other people trust points, whose contributions you believe are worthwhile and legitimate. You can give trust points to a user by clicking Recommend below one of their answers, or on their profile, by clicking Recommend below their stats.
You can't really do anything with trust points on this website, but, it can show you and other people how dedicated you are to the site, or it can mean that someone liked your contributions. The more trust points you have, the more people start to trust you, even if they are not a user on this site. If you have more trust points, when you answer questions, people are more likely to trust that your answers are credible.
Yes, because it shows a view of a utopian world but points out the flaws and how a person can overcome them and learn to see the beauty and truth in the world.
Well kind of. It doesn't really answer most of the questions I want it to so I have to answer them myself. On the other hand your helping other people. This is basically where people go for help. And some people put crappy answers for questions which I don't appreciate. It really is a last chance for people.
You cant send points.
The numbers beside the usernames are Trust Points. Trust Points are points given by other contributors who think a contributor has done an outstanding job on WikiAnswers. The amount of points is the amount of people who trust you and your contributions. There should be a 'recommend' button by your name if you made the last edit in an answer. You can recommend yourself once. To advance your Trust Points, just make high-quality answers and/or contributions to WikiAnswers and someone is bound to trust you.
At the bottom of the answer box, there are two bracketed areas. One says contributor trust [recommend], that is for Trust Points, and the other says Question[recommend question] and that's just to show interest in the question. like me right now trust recomend me
I'm glad you asked that, friend. There is ChaCha.com. This website is not powered by users, but by experts, which makes this a useful and helpful website. But what can tick people off is that some questions such as some of the difficult ones are not answered. With that flaw aside, I recommend this website a lot for schoolwork, but not like I do here with Wikianswers.com.
you answer as many correct answers as possible and it gets you points
people made this website because people need other people to answer questions that they don't know the answer to.
Trust points are given by users to users. If a user finds an answer helpful then the poster of the answer enjoys seeing that they were helpful by receiving trust points from other users clicking the [recommend contributor] link.
