Nintendo didn't include PictoChat on the 3DS because the sequel to PictoChat, called SwapNote, is currently available on the eShop. You can swap messages through Spotpass, or Streetpass.
No it does not
You can pictochat up to 65 feet away from one another. It goes this far on DS, DS Lite, and DSI. Not 3DS. Wich sucks. Ihave a 3DS and cant pictochat, but Can communicate with SWAPNOTE!
Because the 3DS has a different messaging system called Swapnote. You can download it for free from the Nintendo eShop. It allows you to message friends using SpotPass, or other users using StreetPass.
Yes, since both the Nintendo DS and DSi has the Pictochat application, you can connect these two systems together. However, the Nintendo 3DS does not have pictochat, so the 3DS will not be able to connect
not at the moment and honestly i dont think it will come out to the 3DS.
well pictochat lets you draw and text but you need internet connection. BUT... it is free!! just tap on connect to internet and folow the direactions and you can chat. you can also use the internet with games. also if the green light goes crazy that mean you are going on the internet.
The Nintendo 3DS does not have PictoChat so you cannot chat with a person with a DS.
You can't, because Pictochat is not available for the 3DS.
no it does not
Yes, you can use Pictochat to chat from a Nintendo 3DS to other DS devices.
As of yet, there is no dedicated video chat application for the 3DS. Video chat is still possible if you, say, use the video chat feature in Pokemon Black and White Versions.
Currently there are no Nintendo Systems that Support Skype!
