Oil is less dense than water, so if you throw water on an oil flame the oil will float on top and continue to burn.
oil gets on top of water and oil is flamable
Because you dont put water on a oil fire or a explosion will happen. This includes a grease fire... Dont put it out with water... If you put a fire blanket over it... It will put it out the safe way E.G. Smuther it.
never put water on it! it will just make it spead worse! you want to smother it! use flour or a towel/cloth to smother the flame
I dont know this is exacly what i need help with right now.
you dont mix water with oil. If you have a two stroke engine it needs oil and petrol in the tank or it will just die on you. But if you have a 4 stroke you just put petrol in the tank. Hope this helps.
To safely put out a sterno flame, carefully cover it with a metal lid or snuffer to cut off the oxygen supply. Do not blow on the flame or attempt to extinguish it with water. Wait for the flame to completely go out before moving the sterno container.
Water stops oxygen from getting to the flame, and oxygen is the fire's food.
Oil's ingredients can be determined using a flame technique. What you need to do is pour it on your hair. Let it set for ten seconds, then light a match and put it on your head. The water will be vaporized and you will discover the ingredient. Trust me, it works perfectly.
When you mix oil and water, the oil forms droplets known as emulsions. These droplets remain suspended in the water due to their differing densities and the lack of a strong attraction between oil and water molecules, which prevents the oil from floating to the top. Additionally, emulsifiers can help stabilize the mixture by surrounding the oil droplets and preventing them from coalescing.
dont put water in your ears and dont sawoll the water
water?
I dont know you tell me
