Your butt functions in removing dead physical waste left over from the food you eat. Your bladder functions to remove harmful ions like ammonium that were created in your body from various metabolic processes. They both have many specialized structure to meet these functions. Your intestines couldn't filter out the nutrients and water from your urine and convert the ammonia into urea if it had to worry about a bunch of dead matter too.
