I am a penguin expert!!! If you need any questions about penguins that need to be answered, well, I can answer them!!! Okay!!! Baby penguins have fur on them when they are babies because it is really cold in Antartica. They need to be warm with there fur. As they get older, they need to learn how to swim so they can catch fish and stuff like that. So they shed that fur off and they get speacial kind of fur that is water proof. They still do have fur on them though.
