You can't feel a shock because there is a insulator which insulates the flow of electricity. That's why you can't feel a shock when you turn off a switch.
turn off the shock switch at the bottom of the mountain
its either the flasher or the turn signal switch
turn on and off the device and when you do that listen or feel the relay switch it should make a noise you can feel it too, if you can't hear or feel anything that means it is broken.

Check fuse Check bulbs--they are double filamented with the smaller for turn signals Replace turn signal flasher--Most common problem
Turn on one light and leave it on for a little while then turn it off. Turn the next light on and open the door. Go up and feel the light bulbs..the warm one is the first loth switch,, the one that is still on is obviously the second light switch and the cold/regular temperature light bulb is the last switch that you didn't touch.
turn your switch forward but dont crank and press the gas about 4 times and hold for 5 seconds let go turn switch back then start car
I dont know because i dont have a FORD Check your brake light switch on the back of your brake pedal for adjustment.
Above the brake pedal. If your main brake lights dont work but your third center brake light does, then the brake light switch is not the problem. Its is the turn signal switch.
Probably the headlight switch is bad. When you turn the switch on, it sends current to the dash dimmer switch. Sometimes the contacts get loose in the headlight switch and it needs to be replaced.
