In many cases something can not be explained with just words. So a drawing is needed to clarify the wording,... There is a saying "a pitchure is worth 1000 words",...useing drawings ,one can communicate and express ideas, with out words. Hence, language is no longer a obstacle. If I draw a pitchure of a boy, anyone one, any language, recognizes it is a boy,..or a horse, etc....with drawing
language is of no importance. So drawing is the only "universel" language.,evryone can understand.

To create a CAD drawing, a few key elements are necessary: CAD Software – A program like AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks is needed to design and draft the drawing digitally. Accurate Project Data – Dimensions, measurements, site details, material specifications, and design requirements must be collected beforehand. Hardware Setup – A reliable computer, large monitor, and sometimes a CAD workstation or graphic tablet for smoother drafting. Drafting Standards – Industry codes, layering systems, line types, and annotation styles must be followed for clarity and compliance. Skills & Knowledge – The user must understand technical drawing principles, scaling, and the discipline-specific requirements (architecture, mechanical, electrical, etc.). Review & Validation – Checking the drawing for accuracy, clashes, and compliance before final approval. In simple terms, creating a CAD drawing needs the right software, correct project data, proper setup, technical knowledge, and quality checks to ensure the drawing is useful and accurate.
because they would be easy to be read
It depends on the purpose and type of the drawing. If the scale would be necessary for proper interpretation of the drawing (e.g. mechanical drawing, plans for a building) then yes. If the scale would not help in interpreting the drawing (e.g. electronics schematic, software data flow diagram) then no.
It is often necessary to wire crossing
Yes maths and drawing both essential for architecture.
It is often necessary to wire crossing
It is necessary because as they always say, a picture paints a thousand words. Also because if your drawing a conclusion, it explains everything. It's necessary because your letting the audience know what conclusion was.
It is a required part of the curriculum for engineering and is critical for every engineer.
A regular #2 school type pencil lacks the amount of graphite that is in a typical drawing pencil. A higher level of graphite is necessary for longevity of the artwork and for contrast in the drawing.
No. An animator does not have to draw, but must be able to bring movement to 3d models or 2d pictures
Any good art supply store (not a craft store) will have the necessary equipment, or be able to order them in.
