You are moving with it.
===================
Think of it this way. You are in a mary-go-round...... Do you see the ride moving or the people standing outside the ride moving. You can see the earth revolving by tracking the position of the stars. At a particular time of the night take a polythene and tell your buddies to hold it up. Mark some of the stars in its place on the polythene by looking through it. After a few days do the same and you would notice the difference in their relative positions.
