Earth is a unique planet among all the planets because other planets do not have a protecting atmosphere. Earth has a number of layers called atmosphere that protect us from ultraviolet rays that harm us , not only this makes the earth a unique planet even due to oxygen and life existing biotic factors.Earth is also unique because it is only planet on which life can exist

The Earth is the only planet or body in the solar system known to contain life. The reasons for this are theoretical, but generally accepted in the scientific community.

Habitable Zone: The Earth orbits at a distance from the sun that is within a range called the "habitable zone". Within this range, the combination of heat/energy from the sun and the elemental composition of terrestrial-type planets (planets with a solid surface rather than primarily gaseous, like Jupiter) permits the planet to have a gaseous atmosphere and water in liquid form.

Too close to the sun, it's too hot and liquids boil off into gases. Too far away, and it's too cold and the liquids solidify.

Atmosphere: The habitable zone distance is one factor in having the proper atmosphere to support life. Also important are the planet's mass (which affects its gravity) and its elemental composition. Atmosphere is necessary to support some sort of respiration exchange, which both plants and animals require. The gravity must be high enough to keep an atmosphere around the planet, and it is also generally accepted that a certain density of atmosphere is needed. The composition of the atmosphere depends on what sorts of elements can be in gaseous form on the planet. On Earth, the main component is nitrogen, followed by oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide, and trace gases.

Conversely, the atmosphere cannot be too dense, or it prevents energy from the sun from reaching the surface. Also, a very dense atmosphere generates huge amounts of pressure (like diving very deep in the ocean), and makes even a 4mph wind have the force of a hurricane. Venus is one such planet like this.

Temperature Uniformity: A dense atmosphere makes it possible for a planet to have substantial uniform temperature on both the light and dark sides during rotation. Without that atmosphere, the daytime would be very high (perhaps 200F or more), and the nighttime would be way below freezing. Such radical changes in temperature from day to night would make it very difficult for any life to exist, because of the extreme range of tolerances it would have to have. The Earth's atmosphere permits a consistent (in the climatological sense) temperature range around the planet regardless of day or night cycle.

Photosynthesis: The combination of an appropriate atmosphere, sunlight, and temperature provides ideal conditions for the development of simple organisms that use photosynthesis for energy. Plant life such as algae are one example.

The exact nature of the development of life beyond that point is even more theoretical, and beyond the scope of this website.

It is also worth noting that the planets in our solar system have not been thoroughly explored. Some have been mapped by close-approach spacecraft, and we have landed probes on Venus and Mars (as well as the moon), but the planets still hide many secrets we have yet to discover. There may yet be life on them.

Because the rock cycle includes flowing water and no other planet has flowing water.

The earth is like a recycling center because as things are being used other organisms can use their waste to live. The cycle is cyclic allowing for the cycle to never end unless things are destroyed. Does this help?
