They do that because they don't want you to know there true feelings cause if you like someone you wouldn't want to tell that person that you liked them so guys deny there feelings

It's very hard to be a young man is today's world of relationships. There are so many things going on with them, physically, emotionally, and with their lives in general. It's often a defensive tactic to avoid being hurt. If you really like the guy, be patient and be friendly, he may become more comfortable about what he's feeling or figure out what that might be.
