Same as women would like to keep in touch with an old flame. If you were with someone for years more and likely they would prefer to keep in touch. I think its not right because they should of move on a long time ago and let go already. But unfortunately its not always like that. But if it was the other way around they would have a fit over or worry a little.

For guys from the impression I get from myguy friends is that this is just a prolonged "goodbye". As whack as that sounds its the truth. You have the choice of cutting them off and gaining the upper hand or letting them "stay in touch" and being on their terms and conditions. Not saying that there isn't any hope but....do you want to keep in touch?
