As of April 6, 2009, the show has not be canceled but the ratings are not good. There is a possibility it will be canceled this year. The finale of season 2 was shown on April 10th. To me, it seemed like it could either be a season finale or a series finale. It could end the show, but it leaves a lot to be tied up. Personally, I think the show's survival hinges on the success of Terminator: Salvation. Here's hoping for a season 3!

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles was not renewed for a third season. This was a surprise to most fans since the movie had just came out and the series was still popular. It is unlikely that the series will be picked up at a later date.

As of 03-30-2009, the answer is no. But it's not doing very well in the ratings. As of April 11th (a day after the season 2 finale,) it hasn't been cancelled. However, nobody really knows whether it is a season finale or series finale. I personally think it left too many loose ends. However, the success of Terminator:Salvation will play the biggest part in another season or cancellation. As of today, June 23rd, it's been decided for a couple months now that yes, the show has been canceled! They will not be back for a third season!

Nope. There was season one of about 14 episodes I think. Then the movie Serenity and that's it I'm afraid. There's been talk of Serenity two, but Joss Whedon's off doing Dollhouse now, and Summer Glau is in Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles, so it doesn't look likely.
