The fair trade mark shows that the product it is on is "Fair Trade certified" meaning that it has been grown and produced from a fair trade farmer and this trade mark has been copy righted so that unless they are actually produced from a fair trade farmer and cannot be forged by any farmers who are not from fair trade. The mark of Fair Trade is used in over 50 countries around the world.

I can tell that if the dealer has fair prices by doing research by looking on other cars websites and seeing if the prices are way overpriced. That is how can check to see if the dealer has fair prices.

Well i was at the fair last year and now a year later the fair was back again. I think they probably bring the fair back every year because ever since i was on cp i always saw the fair back!

I'm not sure about fair, but I work for a school district and the reimbursement rate is $.40. Although this is on the low end of the spectrum, it is actually better than some of the surrounding school districts. But with gas prices going up, $.50 isn't going to be enough either.
