Maybe the Wolves from "Pleasant Goat" show are too scary for kids and too cute for Adults in the West to enjoy.

I saw it when I went to China this summer. It's a Chinese cartoon for little kids starring these sheep (or goat as it's been translated in English) who consistently have to avoid the traps of this wolf who's goal is to eat them. For some reason is it very popular and is everywhere you go in China.
From what I can find it appears to be 喜羊羊与大灰狼 or translated into English, Pleasant Goat & the Big Bad Wolf
Take goat, take wolf, bring back goat, take grass, come back for goat
yes it will
It was a cartoon with a wolf who is on a farm ( I don't know the name of the wolf) but the goat is named Billy. I think it was a mgm cartoon or Walter lantz. Because she became so flustered she juimped out of the pond. The wolf was quicker, so he caught her.
Step 1. Take the goat, leaving the wolf with the unappetising cabbage. Step 2. Row back. Step 3. Take the wolf. Step 4. Row back with the goat. Leaving the wolf alone. Step 5. Leave the goat and pick up the cabbage. Step 6. Leave the cabbage with the wolf and row back. Step 7. Pick up the goat, row across and continue with all three uneaten.
To successfully bring a wolf, goat, and cabbage across the river without any of them being harmed, the farmer should follow these steps: First, he takes the goat across the river and leaves it on the other side. Then, he returns alone and takes the wolf across. However, he leaves the wolf on the other side and takes the goat back with him. Next, he leaves the goat on the original side, takes the cabbage across, and finally returns alone to bring the goat across. This way, none of the items are left together in a way that would cause harm.
The puzzle posits that you have a wolf, a goat, and cabbage to get across the river, but only one of them at a time. If you leave the wolf with the goat, it will eat the goat. If you leave the goat with the cabbage, it will eat the cabbage. As with all puzzles of the type, it involves crossing multiple times with the central object (the goat) so that it is always alone. The first crossing takes the goat across, and returns. On the second crossing, either the wolf or the cabbage goes across, but the goat is brought back to the original side of the river. Then the other item (cabbage or wolf) goes safely across and finally a 4th trip to bring the goat for good. This puzzle was part of the Poptropica quest of Nabooti island, where it used a fox, a chicken, and some feed. The solution was identical to the above, where once the crossing begins, the chicken is always either in the boat or by itself.
