Usually when Season One is released and Season Two doesn't follow within the next year or so, it means Season One didn't sell very well, and those who own the rights decided it's not financially feasible to keep releasing season sets on DVD. It's a fairly common phenomenon: The Commish stopped after 2 seasons, King of the Hill is stalled at 6. Drama series tend to cost a lot more than comedy shows, because of the hour-long format (twice as many discs for the same number of episodes), so they're less likely to sell.
