It's because Mateusz Skutnik, the designer and coder of the Covert Front series, has had a major challenge on this game. Apparently, according to him, if it is compared to Covert Front 2 and 1, it will be about the same as comparing Submachine 2 from his other game series to Submachine 1. Now, that's huge! Also, I have heard from Mateusz. He has completely finished Covert Front 3. We just have to wait for Arcade Town to release it.
