Now a days the human beings are very very important resources for the companies, how the finances, assets, raw material etc. how they are important in the same way even more than that the human beings are important, the human beings are considered as the important resources of the company, the HRP, human resources planning, depends upon the human resources manager, he should correclty plan for the human resources, how many employees must required by the company, and what is their tenure, if the employees leaves the company before his tenure,than what should he do? how many seniors he require to run the company? how many trained employees require? how many freshers required? all these things should be viewed by the human resources manager, than only he can make a perfect HRP. Even he should assess what is the capacity of the company, HRP depends on all these things.
