i cant remember which file you go into but you changed a file called locked to unlocked and it works :)
The main reason here is that you did not convert it right. Most software that you download on the internet that claims it can convert videos into an iPod format is either fake or converts to a horrible quality. The software that you used did not convert it to the correct file format accepted by an iPod. Make sure the file format is either a .mov or a .m4v (.m4v is better).
