Why is Donald Trump not guilty of sedition in accusing the President and Sec. of state of founding a terrorist organization?

The definition of sedition is inciting a rebellion or over throw of the government. This has not happened, but if you add some of his other speech to it he maybe guilty a threat. I would imagine that the secret service would be concerned. My fear is some loony with a gun will think that he will save the government by shooting the president or Hillary. This type of speech from Trump shows how irresponsible he is and dangerous.

Donald Trump has not been found guilty of sedition in accusing the President and Secretary of State of founding a terrorist organization because the burden of proof to establish sedition is high. Accusing someone of founding a terrorist organization is a serious accusation, but in order to be convicted of sedition, it would require proving that Trump had willfully incited violence or rebellion against the government. The legal process has not concluded on this matter.
