The majority of Jerusalem citizens are Jewish. Christians believe that Jesus Christ is the Messiah, or spiritual savior; the Son of God and the King of Kings; that he died for our sins and rose from the dead. Jews do not believe this. They accept Jesus as a prophet, but not as the Messiah. When Jesus was alive, the Pharisees also did not believe he was the Messiah. Eventually, he was crucified by the Roman Soldiers and mocked by the people of Jerusalem. He rose again three days later. For forty days after rising from the dead, he stayed with his disciples and laid the foundations for what would become Christianity.
Easter is the Christian celebration of Christ's resurrection from the dead, which proved he was the Son of God. Jews do not celebrate Easter.
A calendar.
He went to Jerusalem.
The anagram of cavalry related to Easter is Calvary. Calvary is a hill near Jerusalem where it is believed Jesus was crucified.
Of course the Easter Bunny Talks! He happens to be one of my best friends! :)
It would be hard to move a whole city.
And did those feet in ancient time Walk upon England's mountains green And was the holy lamb of God On England's pleasant pastures seen And did the countenance divine Shine forth upon our clouded hills And was Jerusalem builded here Among those dark Satanic mills Bring me my bow of burning gold Bring me my arrows of desire Bring me my spears o'clouds unfold Bring me my chariot of fire I will not cease from mental fight Nor shall my sword sleep in my hand 'Til we have built Jerusalem In England's green and pleasant land 'Til we have built Jerusalem In England's green and pleasant land
Yes, because Jesus rode on a donkey to Jerusalem on palm Sunday when he had the last supper.
I would talk to your parents about that. Parents have a lot of pull with the Easter Bunny. A dog is a lot of responsibility, you need to walk it rain or shine, feed it, and give it a whole lot of love and attention.
It's considered rude to talk when you're eating because when you open your mouth, it exposes an image of chewed up food that isn't pleasant to look at.
Palm Sunday. The Sunday before Easter, when Jesus ransacked the temple.
Well how can he talk, walk, and well, all that stuff? Like he said "Magic." From: SunnyDayz
The Sunday next before Easter; -- so called in commemoration of our Savior's triumphal entry into Jerusalem, when the multitude strewed palm branches in the way.
