It is not really the best sports drink to me but some people think it is because it gives you energy and it tastes good. The down side of Gatorade is that it is not healthy for you and it does not give you energy for a long time. It only gives you energy for about 2 and a half hours.

well that's as long as a football game or Basketball game lasts so its a good sports drink

that's why many athletes use it ya Gatorade
