AWESOME QUESTION MAN (or girl)! God is not allowed in public schools because He might "offend" some kids or parents of kids that go to public schools. Children are not allowed to pray to God. However, I bet if you ask a local public school if their students are allowed to pray to Allah (not the same as the Christian God). There are certain rights you have in school, and that is you can have any religion, but you can't witness to other people. You cannot pray in front of other children, and teachers cannot teach religion unless its on a historical point of view. Is this fair, or unfair? You decide.

We actually studied this in school. The constitution of our country keeps school and church as separate as possible. there are multiple laws involved with the issue as well
In most cases, public schools are not legally allowed to search a student's cell phone without a warrant or explicit consent from the student or their parent/guardian. Schools must follow specific policies and procedures when conducting searches to respect the student's privacy rights.

Private rights are held by individuals, while public rights are held by the public at large. Falling somewhere in the middle are "communal rights", where all members of one geographic, cultural or historic community hold the rights, but not the general public. Classic examples of public rights include the public right to use highways and public rights of navigation and fishing. That being said, some courts or commentators have found support for a broader range of public rights. In 2004 the Supreme Court of Canada appeared to endorse early statements that the public has general rights in respect of running water, air and the oceans, and suggested that there might be a general class of public environmental rights. In general the common law court have only allowed the government to enforce public rights, and it has been difficult or impossible for individual members of the public to have a status in court to enforce such rights.
William T. Clark has written: 'Children's rights, schools for all' -- subject(s): Public schools, Speeches in Congress
