god is not the ruler of this world. Satan is its ruler. this is evident when Jesus was fasting and Satan came to him and offered it up to him if did an act of worship to him. whereas god is not the ruler he will ultimately own it when he binds Satan and through him into the abiss. Satan became its ruler after he opposed god in heaven and lost. god cast him down out of heaven to the earth. ever since then "woe to mankind".
