Namine knows more than Roxas for two reasons. The first, and most obvious, is that Namine (as far as we can tell) has known the Organization longer than Roxas has, giving her more knowledge. The second reason is that Roxas, unlike the rest of Organization, has no recollection of being a person. He has no memory, and barely speaks for the first week. Axel called him a "zombie" to describe Roxas at first.

Axel tries once more to bring him back by using brute force, but fails, and Roxas gets most, if not all, his memories back, including those that belong to Sora. DiZ explains that Roxas is "nothing more than a tool" in awakening Sora to take down The Organization, and eventually, Roxas merges back with Sora.Ultimately, Roxas lives on in Sora now.
