There seems to be no designated patron saint of outdoorsman. The best matches would be Francis of Assisi who is the patron saint of ecology and the environment or Hubert of Liege who is the patron saint of hunters.

As far as I can determine, there is no special patron saint of cheerleaders. However, there are a number of other female saints who could help you: St. Lucy, St. Agnes, St. Philomena, St. Maria Goretti, for example. Even St. Teresa of Avila would be a good choice. During her teenage years she was quite rebellious and preferred boys, fine clothes and socializing to a religious life.
Sorry, but you are out of luck. The only patron saint for those with heart problems is St. John of God.
