The relationship between Snape and Bellatrix LeStrange isn't really spelled out in the Harry Potter books. I think she'd like to try, but Snape is too hung up on being responsible for Lilly Potter's death to accept her. Plus, Bellatrix's only love is Tom Riddle; and Snape is only a lowly half-blood.

Snape sits next to Voldemort as he was instructed, Bellatrix would have said anything because Snape killed Dumbledore which probably proved his loyalty to Voldemort in her eyes - even if it was fake. She also didn't want to comment in case she angered Voldemort.

No, they work on opposite sides. Bellatrix Lestrange works for Voldemort, Snape works for Dumbledore / for the Order of the Phoenix, that is, for the anti-Voldemort movement.
