I think the reason why they stopped is because they was together for a long time and just having a break, i'm not sure if they stopped for certain. Noel Fielding is doing a new comedy programme called Noel Fielding's Luxury Comedy which was out in 2012 and Julian I think he done something about music. Hopefully they will be back together cause they were so good together.

The Mighty Boosh was not cancelled. Creators Julian Barratt and Noel Fielding did a tour in 2008/2009 after the third series. They then worked on, and released, a book (The Mighty Book Of Boosh), did a small American tour and are now (August 2010) currently working on a film. But their television show is not cancelled. They may come back and do another series in the future. For now they are completing their album, and working on the film.
