The only way to make WikiAnswers load faster is by getting a faster internet connection. So, in your case, no you can't.
Most of the time, but people are able to edit Wiki so it is not always correct, because people are not always correct.
You must remember that WikiAnswers depends on people like you and us to give the answers so they might not always be right.

Considering that people from all over the world are using WikiAnswers simultaneously, WikiAnswers has always been accessed, and everyone in the world has not logged off altogether, so WikiAnswers was last accessed less than a second ago.
It's not slow for me, so my best guesses are that either you have a really slow internet connection or you're just really impatient.
That depends on what you mean by the "new WikiAnswers." WikiAnswers is always evolving and changing... hopefully for the better, so new things are showing up all the time. Which part of it do you want to know the age of?

Contributors who swear in their questions and answers should be reported to a Super so that the appropriate action can be taken. As always, feel free to flag WikiAnswers questions and answers that do not conform to the WikiAnswers guidelines so that Supers may take appropriate action.
Sometimes there is not always a clear-cut answer, so a person must think or answer in hypothetical or possible answers.
WikiAnswers is not always right because we can put in any answer we want. So it doesn't matter if the answer is factual, for at least it's on there.Because the answer are being answered by mainly people, not computers' operators.That's a put downer
