The design of WikiAnswers has evolved steadily since it began as FAQ Farm in 2002. The basic blue and green layout you see now was designed with the help of Ken Rossi in early 2007.

If you mean your Discussion board then you can find it under MyPages which is on the left side of the screen on the Blue Navigation bar. But, if you mean the WikiAnswers Email, which, you have to be a supervisor to have that feature and get an WikiAnswers Email.
