If the answer was rude, the answer was written by a vandal (a person whose intent is to purposefully ruin WikiAnswers), and should be removed immediately. However, if your question was gotten rid of, it was because your question was inappropriate, added no value whatsoever to WikiAnswers, didn't have enough information to answer, or included a first and/or last name of a non-celebrity.
"Enter a question here" is the box for you to ask your new question on WikiAnswers, or to ask questions that may have already been asked and answered.
Assuming you mean the question you've just asked - you can't. Once posted it becomes the property of WikiAnswers. Even though I've answered it, it remains in WikiAnswers computer archives at their convenience.
What it means is that you if you have asked a question on WikiAnswers, and someone answers it WikiAnswers will send you an email notification to let you know someone has answered your question.

Just because it does not have any inappropriate content does not mean it is okay for the site. That question would go into 'adds no value' because it is not a serious question and doesn't help the site as far as learning goes. Chances are someone has already asked the question and it was moved to the trash and it is blocking you from asking that question again.
