Why is a 1997 Mitsubishi 2.8 pajero hard to start when cold seems to run on one or two cylinders I have changed the glow plugs but it has not changed runs great when warm?

It was the dis ignition module changed it out and runs great!!

I wondered too. So I found a 4x4 one day course and drove a Jeep Cherokee and a LWB Pajero. Pajero beat the jeep hands down - great with diff lock on. The water was about the middle of the wheels. Shogun and Pajeros impressed our party of 4 - so we bought one each. Never regretted it since and that was 5 years ago.
