Why is a birds waste white?
Birds whaste white because of their diet of worms and berries.
Most likely no organism excretes brown waste with white inside. Certain animals' waste is the color it is because of how its digestive system works. Mammals usually excrete brown feces because of dead blood cells. Birds excrete white waste because they cannot urinate. Birds, however, can have white waste with brown inside if they eat certain edibles of the color brown.
Toucans are like other birds and excrete a single waste product that is a mixture of feces and uric acid. In mammals the uric acid is dissolved in water to make urine, but in birds such as toucans it is excreted as a white paste or powder that comes out with the fecal matter. They pass waste products through an opening called the vent.
Urea. Since chickens do not have the kind of urinary system that mammals do, the waste from the kidney (birds only have one kidney, by the way), comes out VERY concentrated, to the point where it looks white. The black substance along with the white is the real fecal matter, from the waste that they expel from what they eat.
