My reasoning for the concerns are:
1. that something harder like garnet or ceramic can damage metal parts. Plumbers/HVAC sand cloth is made of Aluminum Oxide, therefore softer than metals used inside of the systems.
2. in the past there was some that used steel wool for prepping fittings and in these cases the metal particles would be attracted to the magnetic forces inside of a hermetic compressor or solenoid valves, etc. thereby causing problems.
Other than that I can think of no other reason. Some HVAC textbooks specify that a "special" sand cloth be used but I can find no other specific technical literature to support this statement. Bottom line, when you clean piping and fittings use regular aluminum oxide sand cloth/"plumbers cloth" or what is even better today is to use synthetic cleaning pads.
BUT MOST IMPORTANT IS TO CLEAN OUT ANY TYPE OF GRIT/WIRES FROM FITTING BRUSHES, ETC. - FROM INSIDE THE PIPING AND FITTINGS BEFORE JOINING. (Angle pipe/tubing down when cleaning, blow out fittings, etc.)

it is made with a special cloth, it is called ma tuba cloth
What is the question?
It's called a scrap of cloth, there isn't a special name for it.
To clean the outside of the case you can use a dry cloth to remove the dust. For more stubborn dirt on the outside of the case you can lightly mist the cloth with water (do NOT get towel wet enough that any moisture drips from it.) To clean the inside of the case you must turn the computer off and unplug the system before opening the case. Once power is disconnected you can open the case and use a can of compressed air (do NOT use a air compressor because air from a compressor will have moisture in it and can damage your system) to blow the dirt and dust off all components.

I think they get a cloth or some thick napkin, pour the special liquid on it and the cloth soaks the liquid up.
They wear a special clothing called "Adinkra Cloth" and there's a another name for it. it is called a "Talking Cloth".
cotton cloth
Alot more cloths can be made at once, with alot more varaity of clothing.
flag or an American flag
The easiest way to get a spirit cloth is by using a cheat system such as an action reply. i have no idea what the cloth does, but it sounds cool....
