Sugar is also a drug, very deadly one why is it legal?
No, not yet.
Alcohol/Tobacco. Same as everyone. Pot has yet to kill anyone. And yet it is illegal =/
There is no set value for this yet. Once marijuana is legalized there will be a level set to check for, but until then any level of marijuana found in your system is considered illegal.
weed is not legalized in kansas yet
The negative side of piracy is that it has not been legalized yet.
nicotine is an addictive drug yet the biggest drug ever
Absolutely. It's been proven that banning tobacco adverts has reduced the number of smokers world-wide. A similar ban on alcohol advertising should have the same effect. Nicotine and alcohol account for more medical problems than any other drug - yet they are both legally obtainable !
They don't have any harmful effects on the body. If it was legalized though, I could imagine people using them whenever and end up getting in accidents while high on shrooms. Yet, people already do that with alcohol, so I honestly don't see a problem.
They havent stopped it yet
Drinking excessively whilst on any prescripted drug is not usually recommended, yet for this particular drug risk is low. I would advise you to drink moderately but nonetheless if you were to overindulge, if you are otherwise a healthy person and not taking any other medication prohibiting telling you otherwise then risk is low. The main worry is that when you are drunk your defenses are weaker and thus the risk of slowing down the effectiveness of the drug is increased.
No it does not show up in drug test that are currently being used. But there are drug test just for spice. they are readily used YET
No not yet at least. GABA as of now is illegal in some places, but that doesn't mean it's a drug.
