This is probably due to a virus or other malware. You could try a different keyboard just in case that is the problem, but most likely, you need to scan your computer using an anti-virus program (there are some free ones, like Avast, AVG, ClamWin, and Avira) and an anti-malware program like Spybot Search & Destroy (www.safer-networking.org/dl).
Get another keyboard.
someone made it that way
Rumor has it that originally it was set up in such a way that it became easy for people to type quickly. But this jammed the typewriters, so they came up with the mixed up qwerty keyboard. But in fact I'm not super sure.

If there is no actual Page Up key (as on a full size keyboard) it can be replicated by pressing the Function (Fn) key and the up arrow key.
To remove a stuck key from your keyboard, gently pry it up using a small tool like a flathead screwdriver or a keycap puller. Be careful not to damage the key or the keyboard while doing so. If the key is still stuck, you may need to clean the area around the key or consider replacing the key or the entire keyboard.
Enter (on the number pad side), the plus key (on the number pad), and sometimes the return key (on the main keyboard) which sometimes is labeled the Enter key on the main keyboard. Again all of this depends on the keyboard layout which varies from keyboard to keyboard. But in general, those three would be the only ones that would take up two horrizontal rows. Other keys take up more than one vertical row but that's another question~
Generally, it brings up a help menu.
In general I think you'll find a toy keyboard is a toy version of the full size keyboard. I can completely see how you can get the two mixed up though.
All the numbers on a computer keyboard add up to 45. * * * * * Not if you have a numerical key pad. Also, there are numbers on the function keys - F1 to F12. Finally, there is a 1 by the light that shows that the Num[eric] lock is on. I make it 169.
It is in the same place as on the regular key board, to the right of the "/" key and under the Enter key.
