An ice cube is not compressible as all the particles of ice are already very close to each other. Compression can be imagined as bringing the particles of a substance closer together. Consider a cylindrical container having a piston over its opening and containing steam inside it. If you push the piston down (like in an injection syringe), the steam gets compressed and the particles come closer and the attraction between the particles will increase and thus the steam will form water. If you try to compress it further, and lower the temperature( which reduces the energy of the particles), it will form ice and the particles cannot come any closer to each other. It is just like us humans, if you are hyperactive and energetic and overly active, you cannot just sit in one place and will randomly move about(like steam particles). If you are normally active, you will move about but to a lesser extent(like water particles). but if you are extremely lazy and have very less energy, you will refuse to move about(like ice particles). there is nothing that comes after this. hope this helps! :)
you can put sawdust on the ice cube
ice cube
the total amount of water in a ice cube
It depends if the ice cube your talking about have the bigger density than the water which is 1.00G/ML then it will sink .... TO get the density of the cube u have u have to divide the mass over the volume of the cube..
As the term solid ice cube suggests, it is a solid.
an ice cube with salt
Ice cube has 90 cars
An "ice cube"...
No it is not
the ice cube is in a phase of a solid.
A chunk of ice will float higher in water than an ice cube only if the ice chunk is larger than the ice cube.
An ice cube is solid, and contains little gas although there could be air bubbles inside the ice.
it depends on the size of the ice cube
