1.human physiology enables one to understand the human body better

2.enables us to know the various levels of human organization

3.understand the function of various parts of the body

4. human physiology enables us to know the correlation of anatomy and physiology

5. human physiology is a career path

6. enables scientist to explain the behavior of humans

enables us to understand the interrelationship of various organ systems e.g. the skin and the circulatory system.

6. through study of physiology one can explain other disciplines better. e.g. sports performance and kinesiology

7. human phsiology enables people to relates various parts of the body with real life things. e.g. in the body each bone is a lever and each joint is a fulcrum

If you consider a community health worker as someone who helps people and anatomy and physiology is the study of how the human body that houses the person they are helping, then it might be more of an obvious answer. The other approach is to think of a person as being someone with a body and a mind, where the body and mind both affect each other. If you feel bad in your body then your mind will also suffer, and visa versa. By knowing how these two facets of a person work together, a community health worker can help with both the body and the mind, and so do their job better.

What is anatomy and physiology?

What ARE anatomy and physiology? These are two areas of medical study. Anatomy is the discipline or area of study which deals with the structure of tissues, organs and organisms. Physiology is the discipline which is more concered with the function of cells, tissues, organs and organisms.

What does human anatomy mean?

Physiology is the study of how the adaptations in the structure and function of an organism act together. In a sense the profession most interested in Human physiology is medicine. All animals have specific adaptations while still sharing the bulk of their features. Humans are vertebrates as are lizards (to pick a random example) and like them have a spinal cord but while lizards are poikilothermic, humans like all mammals are homeothermic. . hey people lets have sex and boobs and dicks

What is the importance of anatomy and physiology today?

Anatomy and Physiology (A&P) is timeless and invaluable to the life/biotech sciences, medicine, and the allied health fields. The comparative study of other organisms structures and functions helps human understand and treat ourselves. The very foundation of medicine is based on diagnosing and treating conditions based on cause and effect pathologies. Knowing the system and anatomy allows for treatment specific to the problem. A&P is the foundation towards these disciplines and knowing ourselves systemically.

What is human physiology?

Human physiology is the science of the mechanical, physical, bioelectrical, and biochemical functions of humans in good health, their organs, and the cells of which they are composed. Physiology focuses principally at the level of organs and systems. Most aspects of human physiology are closely homologous to corresponding aspects of animal physiology, and animal experimentation has provided much of the foundation of physiological knowledge. Anatomy and physiology are closely related fields of study: anatomy, the study of form, and physiology, the study of function, are intrinsically tied and are studied in tandem as part of a medical curriculum.
