I think backtrace mode is a mobile tracker system, there should be a PIN to activate/deactivate this, might need to return it to place of purchase.but if it has happened
Try this, Remove battery, remove sim, re-insert sim & battery turn on and see if that helps,

If you are trying to unlock your phone, and the phone goes to Freeze mode, then that means that there were previous unsuccessful attempts to unlock the phone. And in that case, you would need an unfreeze code for it.
Try taking the battery out, then putting it back in and turning your phone back on. That should work.
