Hi; Make sure your Air Conditioner is not in the heat mode somehow. Then take a thermometer of good accuracy and measure the air being pulled into the unit over a period of reliable test time. Then do the same at where it blows out the finished product of cooled air. subract the two thermometer readings and you should at least get 15 degrees drop in temperature from in to out reading. If not, your unit is in all likely hood malfunctioning and need TLC by a trained pro. If it does but still does not cool the room, then it just to small and you need a bigger horse to pull the plow so to speak. Hope this helps: Jimiwane

system has a leak and is low on refrigerant or air flow is restricted by a dirty filter or coils
Relatively hot air balloon are pretty light, and they have a very large balloon which is filled with hot air, which naturally rises, and if you contain enough of it it is enough to lift the balloon.
Hot air is used for hot air balloons.
Both. Since hot air is less dense than cold air, the hot air rises as the cold air falls (i.e. as the cold air displaces the hot air). If you were to dye hot air & then inject it into the center of a room, you would observe the dyed hot air rising. What you may not realize is that gravity draws the (invisible) surrounding dense cold air downwards as it displaces the (visible) less dense dyed hot air. === Previous Posters Answer: Hot air rises
No, but it is highly recomended to have one. As Louisiana gets very hot and humid during the summer that air circulation could be very important.
The air from the register/vent blowing into a bedroom must find its way back to the central cold air return somehow. This is usually accomplished by having a large enough crack/cut under the door above the carpet or flooring for the air to move through. If you do not allow the bedroom air to flow back to the central cold air return, the bedroom will become uncomfortable - usually to hot or to cold. Another solution is to install a grille in the bedroom door to allow the air to flow through.
No. If you have hot water heat, you also have a separate air handler for the AC to circulate the air.
Indoor BTS: It is placed in a shelter Air-condition is must Very sensitive Outdoor BTS: No shelter required Air-condition is not a must Not very sensitive comparing to indoor bts
because they were hot
Very hot
It cools the air, to make it more comfortable in hot places.
Cold air falls and hot air rises. That simple. Think of hot air balloons.
