Your body has been starved during the night, and unless you fuel up at breakfast time, your metabolism will dip.
I recommend a high carb breakfast to fuel you well so you can start an energetic day. By contrast, you do not need a high carb dinner since you're likely going to sleep afterwards and you will store all those extra carbs as fat.
Also, if you skip breakfast, you will be so starved after a whole night's time, you are likely to overindulge on lunch.
Space out your meals during the day, save carb-rich meals for when you need an energy boost. Try not to overindulge in any one meal.

Really depends on the people and the situation. For most people I know, a weekday breakfast is around 7 to 7:30. A weekend could be anywhere from 7:30 to 13:00. Sorry this is so unhelpful :/
its simple you would give them some tests whitout having a good breafast then do the same tests when they do have a good breakfast and see the difference in the results

What you should have for a good breakfast is to have cereal or some eggs or anything that you think will fill you up. But, you should at least have some low fat milk or some fruit juice. If you don't like any of those you should have some bacon or sausage with anything that is somewhat low fat.

Our traditional dish was FISH AND CHIPS!!! Yummyyyyyy But i love English Breakfasts! By the way we dont have it every morning.. we only have it as a special treat.. usually for breafast it's only cereal or toast!
