I believe a Christmas calligram is the same as a normal calligram but as this is a Christmas calligram the poem will be about something to do with Christmas where you would may be wright the poem in resemblance of a Christmas tree.
One example of a calligram is the poem "The Mouse's Tale" in Lewis Carroll's "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland." In this poem, the shape of a mouse's tail is visually represented in the arrangement of the text on the page.
