Cs has a lower ionisation energy than Na.

Cs has more electrons (44 more electron) than Na. The electrons in the outer electronshell are further away from the positive nucleus because there are many more electron shells.

Because the valence electrons are further from the nucleus they are not held as tightly by the atom, this means that it takes less energy to remove the electron in the outer electron shell from Cs.

So it is more reactive.

Potassium is not the most reactive metal. However, it's considerably more common than the more reactive ones.

Potassium is reactive because it's an alkali metal with several screening shells of non-valence electrons between the nucleus and its single valence electron. This makes it relatively easy to strip away the valence electron. Rubidium and caesium have even more screening shells, which is why they're even more reactive (francium would presumably be more reactive still if it weren't so radioactive that it's impossible to collect enough of it to measure its chemical properties).

The most reactive metal is caesium or francium; reactive metals have a very low ionization energy.

Is Magnesium Cesium an ionic compound?

Cesium and magnesium are both metals. According to Pauling's scale, they have an electronegativity difference lesser than 1.7. Hence, they cannot form an ionic compound.

Is Sodium is more reactive than magnesium.?

sodium is more reactive than magnesium!

Why is cesium chloride less reactive than cesium?

The high reactivity of cesium comes from its tendency to give up the one electron in its outermost shell and become a cesium 1+ ion, which is more stable. In cesium chloride, the cesium is already in its stable ionic form.

Is francium more or less reactive than cesium?

Francium is considered to be more reactive than caesium.

Would francium combine with water more or less readily than cesium?

I'd predict that francium would combine less readily than cesium.

Why is cesium more reactive than sodium?

because it is less stable

Is magnesium more reactive than lithium?

Lithium is more reactive to water than magnesium because while Lithium will explode and generally destroy the container it is in, magnesium will cause the water to violently bubble.
