Cirque Du Freak concerns the story of Darren Shan, who goes to a freak show with his friend, Steve. After the show, they steal a performing spider, which bites Steve, paralysing him. Darren decides the only person with the cure is the ringmaster, so Darren becomes half vampire in order to save his friend.

I hardly doubt it, the series has ended, Daren and Steve had died, so I don't think there could be. But there's a prequel series, I don't remember what it's called, just look at the Cirque Du Freak wiki page and find it, I hope my answer helped! :)
