Copper is used in the alternator and wiring because it is a good conductor of electricity. Copper is used in the radiator because it is a good conductor of heat. Copper alloys are used in some bearings because of the wear characteristics (not too hard, not too soft).
Who said so? Copper is a metal. It can be recycled any number of times. Sometimes junk yards do not think it is worth the effort to strip it from old cars before they crush them to recycle the iron in them. Copper is mined from the ground.
Copper is used in car radiators because it is a good conductor of heat, although most radiators today are made of aluminum and plastic. Copper is also used in the wiring of the electrical system for its electrical conductivity.
I am not sure if there is any places in caves where copper can be found. But one way to get it would be to have a ranch and put a copper mine on it for 20,000. This will produce 30 copper nuggets everyday.
You will want to put a length of copper into the fitting and solder it before you put it on the galvanised so that you don't cook out the pipe dope. >>they also could have soldiered on a flange on copper and thread on galvanized pipe.would have been another choice
Most likley Dotetracontane mixed with copper powder american cars or Dotetracontane and aluminum powder for Japanese cars. The safe handling of aluminum powder is to expensive in the US so the more expensive copper powder is used
